We currently operate 25 automatic assembly lines and equipped with modern industrial robot arms that help eliminate man-made error as well as improve the quality and reliability of our products.

Alton has 12 fully operational assembly lines for wet/dry vacuums and air compressors, 6 lines for motor assembly, 7 lines for tank producing and painting

Each assembly line starts by conducting a safety test, functional test and packing test to automatic palletizing of the final product.

Each of our QC technicians are well-trained and focused on Alton′s commitment to quality for all of their products. Each product will go through a safety test at least 3 times before it is qualified for shipping.

Alton has a very strong customer base which includes North America, Europe, Japan and South-east Aisa

Our test center is certificated by Intertek

Alton invests heavily on testing machine and professional testing technicians, as we are a quality oriented company that focuses on continued improvement of our products.

Our testing professionals are well experienced and well trained on the most up-to-date new quality standards in the market.
